Hiring Lead Engineer within Malaysia with good Experience into Virtualization (VMware/RHEV), OS platform administration (Windows & Red Hat Linux) Lead Engineer Min 5-6 years of experience in Virtualization (VMware/RHEV), OS platform administration (Windows & Red Hat Linux) Strong Experience on planning, strategizing, leading projects such as P2V, V2V migration Experience not only project handling but also technical hands-on deliver project. Able to perform server build, hardening and patching to related OS Able to manage project team member work together to deliver project. Able to manage and communicate stakeholders such as app team, leader management, infra, security team. Experience in Financial Services industry is a plus Good to have: o Basic routing and networking skills o Dell Server and Storage (Poweredge, Unity, XtremIO) o HP Server and Storage (Proliant, Storeonce, 3Par, Nimble) o Basic middleware skills (Apache, Tomcat, Postfix, etc.) Responsibility Participate in infrastructure implementation project Lead and implement virtualization setup / implementation projects, including P2V / V2V (Senior) Work closely with Stakeholders to identify requirement, planning and propose migration solutioning and provide update to management (Senior) Ensure Project/Task completion within target timeline.
