The Retail, Private Banking and Wealth Management ITO is accelerating transformation of agile banking services with DevOps and Agile practices, with an aim towards efficiency, automation, and improved transparency. Delivery Sprint Teams will be at the core of delivering this agenda.
Delivery Sprint Teams will build and integrate components of the DevOps pipeline to deliver new banking capabilities, as well as refactoring of existing applications. Sprint teams will all be experienced programmers, operations people and product owners who can develop and drive their capability development end-to-end. Breadth across both programming and system operations is required of all candidates and depth must be demonstrated in their specialization; this is a cross-functional team with cross over between development and operations with business.
The Retail Digital Channels team requires an Agile experienced software delivery lead in the delivery of software assets for the Retail Digital Channels portfolio. The candidate will assist in the delivery of many strategic programs, enable communication between delivery units & management teams by their work predominately focused on software development. The candidate will be expected to manage high quality software delivery including the coding of the implementation of those assets for Internet Banking, Mobile and other related channel software deliverables.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be an experienced hands-on Technical Delivery Lead with a track record in delivering multiple concurrent, complex projects in a regulated environment, ideally within a financial institution\xe2\x80\x99s context. The candidate should have experience working with teams distributed across multiple countries and experience working with program management teams to implement desired high-quality software assets with flexible prioritisation in a scrum based model. The successful candidate is expected to:
Deliver multiple, complex, critical projects on time successfully
Involved in technical solutioning and architecture design
Work closely with architecture team in resolving technical issues
Take ownership and accountability of software deliverables
Strong analytical and problem solving
Manage dependencies of all technical deliverables
Have strong leadership skills to manage technical delivery squad.
Good stake holder management
Participate in and drive through system requirements gathering
Participate in System impact analysis
Cost estimation and planning
Ensure code quality and application stability.
Coach developers and grow up them from tech ladder.

Coordinate with resources and teams across different locations
