- Responsible for service delivery of new and on-going projects, ensuring that projects are completed successfully within the given deadline and budget.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and regional technical centres, communicate project requirements and manage service delivery.
- Maintain active engagement with clients (providing technical advice and assistance) top ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with new rules, regulations and technical information or process disseminated through internal communications.
- Ensure effective communication across different stakeholders for effective project implementation and delivery.
