Detailed Description:

  • \xe2\x80\x8bBe subject matter expert on HLA/system integration.
  • Drive systemic improvement to have break thought in processing method.
  • Coordinate the NPI processes from customer datapack technical validation, multi-level bom analysis, Internal Operation document/Process flow preparation and support customer FAI report submission.
  • Coordinate the EC processes from Customer EC validation, EC BOM review & setup in system, Internal Operation document/ Process flow preparation and being technical channel to customer.
  • Provide engineering support for all Product sustaining activities in product development process and responsible for solving high level customer / assembly specific problems in the manufacturing process.
  • Lead all Product/Process developments mechanical assembly and box level assembly.\xe2\x80\x8b Provide feedback to PCBA front end\xe2\x80\x8b improvement to achieve HLA yield improvmeent.
  • Collect and determine Product/Process data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements.
  • Responsible for NRE plan and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure good quality product.
  • Coordinate E2E product yield improvement by identifying the root causing and drive the corrective actions.
  • Lead Product/Process qualification, FMEA analysis and monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to procedures.
  • Conducting DF\xe2\x80\x8bA\xe2\x80\x8b reviews and driving DF\xe2\x80\x8bA\xe2\x80\x8b improvements with\xe2\x80\x8b GDS/\xe2\x80\x8b customer to assure that products can be manufactured with high yield
  • Coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products.
Requirements
  • A minimum of Mechanical engineering or related science and engineering degree is required.
  • Working experience in PCB assembly or box-build assembly manufacturing.
  • \xe2\x80\x8b3\xe2\x80\x8b-5 or more years of related experience is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountability may be considered.
  • Understanding IPC 610 and J-STD standard requirements.
  • Immediate computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
  • Understanding of PFMEA and DoE in determining the variables.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and six sigma tools a plus.
  • Knowledge of SPC is a plus.
  • Advanced decision making and problem-solving skills
