As a Lead Enterprise Credit Solution (ECS), Application Management, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end application lifecycle of the Enterprise Credit Solution (ECS) system for a large organization. You will work closely with the business and technology teams to ensure the effective functioning of the ECS system, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Your key duties and responsibilities may include: 1. Managing the overall application management strategy, including incident management, problem management, and change management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of the system\'s performance. 2. Leading a team of application support analysts to manage and maintain the ECS system, including assigning tasks, managing workload, and providing mentorship and coaching to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives. 3. Collaborating with business and technology teams to understand business requirements, assess technical feasibility, and provide input on system design and architecture. 4. Ensuring the quality of code and adherence to coding standards, development processes, and best practices. 5. Developing and maintaining system documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and technical specifications. 6. Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including managing access controls, monitoring security threats, and ensuring appropriate security protocols are in place. 7. Identifying and managing risks related to the ECS system, including assessing impact, developing mitigation strategies, and reporting risks to stakeholders. 8. Leading system upgrades and enhancements, including assessing impacts on existing functionality, coordinating testing and deployment, and ensuring seamless transitions to new features. 9. Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluating their potential impact on the ECS system. 10. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and other key stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 11. Overall, as a Lead Enterprise Credit Solution (ECS), Application Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective functioning of the ECS system and ensuring its continued success in meeting the needs of the organization. Education: A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 10 years of experience in application development, application management, or related fields. You should have experience in managing and maintaining complex enterprise-level applications. Technical Skills: You should have a strong technical background, with knowledge of programming languages, database management, system integration, and other related technologies. Experience with enterprise credit solutions or other financial systems is preferred. Leadership Skills: You should have excellent leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving project success. You should have the ability to motivate and mentor team members, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
