About the Role



This is a senior teaching and coordination role for an experienced educator who enjoys both working with children and maintaining programme quality.

The Lead EQ Educator & Programme Coordinator supports the Centre Manager and plays a key role in ensuring teaching standards, classroom readiness, student progress reporting, and teacher support across programmes.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver engaging EQ classes at the centre and offsite ECA programmes Review lesson plans and prepare thoroughly before classes Ensure classrooms, materials, and learning environments are ready Observe, support, and guide teachers to maintain programme quality Prepare and review student progress and class reports Communicate clearly with parents when required Conduct brief after-class debriefs and classroom resets Share feedback and observations with the Centre Manager Support smooth daily operations related to teaching and learning

Who We're Looking For



Experienced educator who enjoys teaching children Calm, emotionally regulated, and confident in classroom settings Organised, responsible, and able to work independently Comfortable guiding and supporting other teachers Creative and open to play-based, arts-based, or experiential learning Communicates clearly in English Willing to learn and apply Brainbow's EQ methodology Able to commit to a Wednesday-Sunday work schedule

Preferred Background



Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Counselling, Coaching, Youth Work, or Enrichment Teaching

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant teaching or enrichment experience preferred

Working Hours



Wednesday & Thursday: To be discussed Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Paid Holidays as per Brainbow Calendar
