Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Lead Microsoft Exchange Customer Engineer

to manage, optimize, and support Exchange environments (Exchange Online, hybrid, and on-premises). This is a

customer-facing role

, requiring strong communication skills to work with technical, non-technical, and leadership contacts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimize

Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments

. Ensure

high availability, performance, and compliance

of Exchange environments. Troubleshoot complex Exchange issues and provide

post-migration support

. Utilize

PowerShell scripting

for automation and management tasks. Work closely with customers to deliver

high-quality solutions and workshops

. Optional: Plan and execute

on-prem to Exchange Online migrations

or

legacy Exchange migrations

.

Mandatory Requirements

5+ years customer-facing IT experience

with Exchange Server and Exchange Online, including hybrid deployments. Strong expertise in

Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments

, including administration, optimization, and troubleshooting. Experience with

Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)

. Strong

PowerShell scripting

skills for automation and management. Fluent in

bilingual

(spoken, written, and reading). Experience working with

enterprise or government customers

. Proven track record in

high availability, compliance, and operational support

of Exchange environments.

Optional / Advantageous Skills

Deep

on-premises Exchange architecture and migration design

experience. Knowledge of

Graph API

. Understanding of

cloud adoption frameworks

or

well-architected frameworks

. Relevant

Microsoft/Exchange certifications

(e.g., MS-500, MCSE).

Benefits

Base salary + travel allowance. 1-month retention bonus annually (after 12 months of continuous service; prorated for the first year). Medical coverage at company panel clinics.
