About the Role

We are looking for a

Senior M365 Solutions Architect

to provide technical leadership and advisory services to enterprise customers. You will help organizations maximize the value of Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Power Platform, Viva, and more) while ensuring their IT environments are secure, optimized, and aligned with best practices.

This is a

customer-facing, architect-level role

requiring deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to IT leaders. Fluent in both languages are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Advisory

Build strong relationships with senior IT executives and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor on M365 adoption, migrations, and cloud strategy. Deliver workshops, training sessions, and technical guidance. Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate customer outcomes.

Technical Leadership

Provide guidance on Microsoft 365 best practices, governance, security, and compliance. Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews for enterprise deployments. Maintain and expand expertise in M365 technologies and certifications.

Business Impact

Help customers achieve measurable business outcomes using M365. Provide feedback to Microsoft product teams to influence product improvements.

Skills & Expertise

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

10-15 years of M365/O365 administration experience. Expertise in

SharePoint Online & On-Premises

and

Exchange Online

. Knowledge of Teams, Power Platform, M365 Copilot, Viva, Endpoint Security & Compliance. Proven experience in enterprise customer-facing roles.

Soft Skills

Fluent in bilingual. Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and executive audiences. Ability to quickly build trust, provide advisory guidance, and influence stakeholders. Self-starter, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Certifications

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert OR Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (or ability to complete within 30 days). Additional M365 certifications preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.Tech, BCA/MCA, or MSc IT. 10-15 years in M365 administration and enterprise customer-facing roles. Experience in technical consulting, advisory, or architectural design in M365.
