Role Summary

We are looking for a

Senior SCCM/Intune Engineer

with hands-on experience in

Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune

. This role provides Tier 2/L3 technical support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance to enterprise customers, ensuring reliable endpoint management across

on-premises and cloud-based devices

.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with

Key Responsibilities

Provide

Tier 2/L3 support

for SCCM and Intune technical requests. Investigate and resolve issues related to:

SCCM:

application deployment, task sequences, driver packages, software update groups (SUGs), boundaries & boundary groups, distribution point health, client push installation.

Intune:

device compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection policies, Autopilot deployment, co-management setup. Support

mobile device management (MDM)

requests for Windows, iOS, and Android devices. Assist with

SCCM ? Intune migrations

, including Windows Update for Business, endpoint security, and application deployment. Analyze logs and diagnostics (CMTrace, Event Viewer, Intune troubleshooting blade, MDMDiagnosticsTool) to identify root causes and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams, engineering, or escalation teams for advanced troubleshooting. Document support requests, investigation steps, resolutions, and best practices. Recommend improvements for endpoint management, compliance, and user experience.

Required Experience & Skills

5-7 years

overall IT infrastructure/endpoint management experience.

Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune

, including deployments, patching, compliance, co-management, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of

MDM concepts

across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms. Proven experience in

SCCM ? Intune migration projects

. Skilled in troubleshooting using logs and diagnostic tools. Excellent

customer-facing communication skills

, with ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. Strong

ownership, time management, and accountability

in resolving customer issues. Collaborative mindset, adaptable under pressure, strong presentation and soft skills. Fluent in

bilingual

(mandatory).
