About the role:
The Lead Generation Manager sits within the Marketing team and is crucial to the success of our events marketing strategy. The Lead Generation Manager owns and manages QS lead acquisition and engagement activities to provide a sophisticated end-to-end experience for prospective students and clients. This role is responsible to acquire, and nurture leads for QS student database and provide them with content of value to enrich their academic journey.
The Lead Generation Manager requires a strong knowledge of engagement flows and lead acquisition activity, including creating customised high-quality gated content to attract, engage and delight the target audiences.
The Lead Generation Manager performs an essential function within the Communications team to develop the QS student and client databases and guide QS leads through a sophisticated user journey. This role also collaborates closely with the CRM Manager and Email Marketing Manager, as well as the Social Media, Copy, Editorial and Product teams for content creation and distribution.
