About the role:

The Lead Generation Manager sits within the Marketing team and is crucial to the success of our events marketing strategy. The Lead Generation Manager owns and manages QS lead acquisition and engagement activities to provide a sophisticated end-to-end experience for prospective students and clients. This role is responsible to acquire, and nurture leads for QS student database and provide them with content of value to enrich their academic journey.

The Lead Generation Manager requires a strong knowledge of engagement flows and lead acquisition activity, including creating customised high-quality gated content to attract, engage and delight the target audiences.

The Lead Generation Manager performs an essential function within the Communications team to develop the QS student and client databases and guide QS leads through a sophisticated user journey. This role also collaborates closely with the CRM Manager and Email Marketing Manager, as well as the Social Media, Copy, Editorial and Product teams for content creation and distribution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute and own a strong lead generation strategy for student acquisition and continued engagement to provide lifetime value to QS student audiences.
  • Create and promote end-to-end (E2E) high-quality content-led lead acquisition campaigns including emails, webinars, video, guides, quizzes, tools and more.
  • Utilise user personas to craft tailored engagement journeys for QS target audiences.
  • Nurture QS leads from point of acquisition through to enrolment.
  • Effectively use data and insights to drive decisions.
  • Liaise with and work alongside the wider Acquisition & Engagement team to maximise the impact of QS marketing assets, including emails, social media, design, video, editorial, events and copywriting.
  • Assist in content development to target students based on their personas
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
Ideal candidates:
  • Have 3+ years of experience in planning and executing successful demand generation programs
  • Proficient HubSpot practitioner with experience building emails, sales materials, and landing pages.
  • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, organized, efficient
  • Excellent at managing large scale operations
  • Comfortable with organizing data using Excel
  • Inquisitive about users, prospects, and market landscape and eager to learn why prospects are adopting/not adopting our product
  • Team player, proactive, documentation skills, quick to learn new tools and concepts, strategic, analytical, resourceful, solution-oriented, good decision maker, great communicator/negotiator
