Responsibilities: Attend virtual Campaign Briefing, and gain an understanding of the information provided, including asking any additional questions, researching terms, and campaign specifics. Read and understand call scripts and write up examples on each campaign to help recognise the requirement for the campaign you are working on. Read through and understand all campaign requirements as set out in details section. Check related files in the campaign to download TAL and Exclusion lists if required on a campaign. Ensure all qualifying requirements are met on call. Work through call list as allocated by the Data team for your campaign o Dial between 150 - 250 numbers per day o Handle objections, and convert connected calls into leads for your campaign o Meet your campaign KPI\'s and activity targets Complete write up as per campaign specific layout o Ensuring all fields are filled specific to the campaign requirement and all write ups are spell checked, make sense and are up to standard o Check all prospect information is correct as provided on call by prospect, fill in any missing details on the prospects profile. o Ensure all prospect information on profile is grammatically correct. o Ensure all spelling on prospects profile is correct Check prospects against TAL and Exclusion lists where required Advise service delivery manager of any consistent errors on a campaign so they may be addressed and rectified before being sent through to QA. Liaise directly with Account Manager or through the Service Delivery Manager if unsure of their campaign requirements Essential experience A minimum of 1 years\' experience in a similar or relevant sales role. Excellent written and verbal English Proven experience in an Outbound B2B lead generation, or telemarketing role IT knowledge advantageous o Devices (e.g. Laptops, Desktops, Work stations) o IT Security o IT Networking o IT Infrastructure (e.g. servers, storage) Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
