Role Responsibilities
As Lead \xe2\x80\x93 IS & NS Sustenance Engineering the candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Network Hygiene activities for Standard Chartered - ET Networks and Integration Services organization.. The candidate will oversee the Integration and Network Domain risk and operations activity such as audit management, asset inventory management, secure commissioning and decommissioning, backup Management, Monitoring and governance reporting. The individual will be leading a team of engineers and analysts who will be supporting him and delivering high-quality services and simplify solutions using the latest technologies and tools. Strategy Define and implement the strategy, vision and roadmap for the Integration and Network compliance and sustenance activities in alignment with the organizational goals and objectives. Evaluate the current and future network trends, challenges and opportunities and devise network solutions that are scalable, reliable and cost-effective. Business Understand the business needs and requirements of the internal and external customers and stakeholders and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. Collaborate with the Delivery teams, Product Owners, Resilience Engineering teams, Project managers and other Regional teams across SCB (globally) to ensure alignment and integration of the services and solutions with the business objectives and outcomes. Processes Establish and optimize the processes, workflows and standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and consistency in the operations. Implement best practices, methodologies for hygiene operations, configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance of Assets. Automate and streamline the tasks and activities using scripts, tools and frameworks. People & Talent Mentor, coach and motivate the team members and foster a culture of collaboration, excellence and accountability. Conduct performance reviews, feedback sessions and career development plans for the team members. Promote a learning environment where the team members can acquire new skills, knowledge, and competencies in sustenance engineering. Risk Management Identify, assess, and mitigate the risks, threats and vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with the Technical and ICS standards and frameworks. Implement security measures as per the ICS policy and standards to protect the data and assets from unauthorized access or misuse. Proactively perform regular assessments and reviews to identify and resolve any network issues or gaps. Governance Establish sustainable governance model, roles and responsibilities, decision-making authority and escalation mechanism within the ET Sustenance Engineering team. Monitor the network performance and risk indicators (KPIs, KRIs etc.,) that are submitted to Governance and Risk Forums and ensure that they metrics are within the threshold levels. Report on the hygiene team status, progress, achievements and challenges to the senior management and stakeholders. Manage the network hygiene related governance activities including Commissioning, Service Readiness Assurance and Secure Decommissioning of assets to ensure quality delivery of network products and services. Key stakeholders ET Integration and Network Senior Management: The individual will need to work with senior management on sharing Network Hygiene status, progress, achievement, and challenges. The individual will also need to align to the Network and integration teams\xe2\x80\x99 strategy, vision and roadmap with organizational goals and objectives and seek approval and support for any initiatives. CIO and other Project teams: The individual will need to work with Projects, Product and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of Sustenance Engineering and Hygiene team activities and ensure timely and quality delivery of network products and services. Internal Network & IS Teams: The individual will need to work with internal network teams, and product owners to ensure coordination, collaboration of activities and tasks. The individual will also share best practices within the team and leverage expertise and experience from the Sustenance Engineering team

Process Governance and Management (ITIL/COBIT) Advanced
EDUCATION
  • BACHELOR\xe2\x80\x99S DEGREE OR HIGHER IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, ENGINEERING, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OR RELATED FIELD
  • 15-20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND 10+ YEARS IN NETWORK ENGINEERING, MANAGEMENT OR ADMINISTRATION\\
  • MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN LEADING AND MANAGING NETWORK TEAMS OR PROJECTS

CERTIFICATIONS
  • CCNA, CCNP, CISA, CLOUD , RISK MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED
