JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-To own and operate the full LCP/LMS architecture, including blueprint, SSO, role access, audit logs, disaster recovery, LRS with xAPI/SCORM, integrations with HRIS/CRM/risk/contents systems and define non-functional targets to meet SLAs for uptime, latency, security and data residency.
-Govern the skills ontology mapped to WACM domains/roles/products while setting and enforcing content taxonomy, tagging, naming and metadata completeness, and maintaining a clear data dictionary and metric catalogue.
-Design and manage credentialing structures and CPD rules while aligning entitlements with regulator and accreditation requirements across MY/SG/ID.
-Deliver outcome-linked dashboards, enable governed self-serve analytics, and conducts causal analyses with documented assumptions.
-Run the tiered (learning behaviour results ROTI) evaluation model, publish Quarterly Impact Reviews, and prepare audit-ready evidence for Internal Audit and regulators.
-Act as PMO lead across Academy work streams (Curriculum, Delivery, Platforms/LXP, Localisation, Partner Accreditation, AI/MAYA) while maintaining project trackers, budget vs spend, risks, dependencies, and driving issue resolution, change control, release notes and benefits realisation.
-Co-own assessment standards, manage version control and metadata, provide pathway analytics, and ensure all training assets are platform-ready and properly tagged.
-Co-design manager-as-coach toolkits, observation rubrics and reinforcement nudges, build coaching analytics for post-programme behaviour change, and pilot and evaluate new delivery modalities and proctoring methods for scaling.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-8+ years in learning technology, data, or analytics, with exposure to financial services; experience in L&D tech and analytics are a plus.
-Strong grasp of instructional design fundamentals and assessment standards; able to partner deeply with curriculum teams.
-Hands-on experience with LXP/LMS, LRS, data pipelines, and BI tools.
-Working knowledge of BNM rules for training, data, and suitability; understanding of MAS/OJK contexts is an advantage.
