Job Description


:Job responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operation of LSDC to ensure effective and successful management of manpower, productivity, quality control and safety
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
  • Plan and communicate job expectations of every staff in line with the operations objectives and targets.
  • Responsible for meeting financial requirement of LSDC; annual budget planning, manage expenditure within allocated budget and timely payment made to suppliers/ vendors.
  • Documentation and Reporting - Maintain detailed and organized documentation related to linen inventory, including receipts, issues, and adjustments. Generate regular reports on stock levels, usage, and any relevant trends.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or any related field.
  • At least 4 to 6 years of experience in Facility Engineering Maintenance and Services
  • Have a strong understanding of hospital support services processes, concepts and terminologies.
  • Have a good knowledge on finance and HR to manage the day-to-day operation within specified budget and effectively.
  • Candidate should have an excellent written/oral communication skill as well as good customer management.
