Job Description

About the Role:

You will need to have global responsibility for managing web publishing end to end and will manage the deployment of all content updates and delivery. You will report to Associate Director - Digital Platforms Content and manage team members web producer and web author.

You Will:

Lead the web publishing team consistent with the Association\xe2\x80\x99s Management Charter and allow them to become a team.

Provide regular reporting on web publishing performance, content cost, volumes and performance.

Use website analytics for web dashboard monitoring.

Ensure excellent performance, functionality and content of the website. Understand user experience to create webpages that are easy to understand.

Support content lifecycle management of all published assets. Encourage content owners to review their content. This includes managing overall site health (managing broken links process and redirect management).

Support efforts to maintain high-quality appearance of websites by enforcing brand and content standards.

Consult, train, support different team members regarding all things digital.

Create website documentation.

You Have:

Experience as Web admin/ Webmaster

Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.

Experience in website development, wireframing and other digital channels

Experience with online marketing and communication processes.

Experience with content management systems.

Excellent authoring skills (tagging; regionalization).

Proficiency in front- end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS.

Understanding of visual design skills and graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.

Understanding of cross- browser compatibility issues.

Excellent skills with Con tentful and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as CMS tool

Experienced in Conversation Rate Optimization (CRO)
