Identify talent needs to ensure efficient recruitment and talent gaps in to provide resourceful training and development to the employees
Design high impact talent management framework, and processes to improve the depth and diverseness of leadership talent
Develop internal talent using performance evaluation, succession planning processes and by identifying training needs of employees to increase productivity
Develop framework, assess, and drive competency management initiatives -core, technical, leadership competencies required by the organization to achieve its goals
Collaborate with key work partners to identify, develop, and drive learning and development initiatives that build functional and leadership capabilities
