Summary

The role is directly reporting to KL BBS Director, providing relevant data and analysis for the respective stakeholders on the following :

• responsible for capturing and analyzing standard performance metrics for the Baxter Business Services (BBS) site in collaboration with the functional leads and BBS leader.
• identifies, reviews, reports-out relevant key performance metrics and service level analytics with the support of data, tools and governance provided by the Global Analytics Lead, Global Process Owners and BBS Leaders.
• Provides relevant data and/or analysis for the respective stakeholders to be able to monitor processes, identify drivers and find improvement opportunities using Root Cause Analysis and Lean Methodologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports the generation of standard monthly key performance indicators across P2P, C2C, A2R, HR, among others
• Works closely with the Data Analytics transformation lead in successfully deploying performance metrics for in-scope processes
• Ensures visibility of metrics at the site/functional level
• Supports rollout, adoption, and ongoing analytics governance model
• Adopts and adapts available technology such as Alteryx and Tableau to provide robust, timely and effective analytics accessible to all defined stakeholders
• Engages with functional stakeholders to develop and deploy performance metrics while monitoring trends and identifying drivers
• Partners with the site lead and continuous improvement team to support improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

• An analyst with 2-4 years of experience in service management governance, disciplines, reporting and measurements with the ability to easily understand business processes on a high level and translate those processes into data requirements.
• New technologies savvy that will easily and fast adapt to an evolving data and IT landscape (data flows, systems and IT architecture understanding is required).

Partner for the business with excellent communication skills, understanding of change management, being able to engage effectively with stakeholders from across the organization, and promote service management standards and best practices, with regards to service management and reporting processes. * Assessor of the risk that will apply operational quality standards/controls, provide data and root cause analysis to support continuous process improvement.

• Expert in financial systems (JDE would be an asset), with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Education - BA\' degree in finance/project management, Lean Six Sigma certification, functional knowledge of advanced Excel with the ability to understand complex formulas, pivot tables and VBA (Alteryx and Tableau knowledge)
