Performance Management Officer Shah Alam, Selangor Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive Objectives and Key Results (OKR) strategy that aligns with business objectives. Coach and mentor teams in embracing OKR methodology, fostering a culture of goal-oriented mindset. Lead OKR workshops, cultivating collaboration and consensus at all organizational levels. Streamline OKR tracking through technological tools, ensuring real-time visibility and accountability. Provide guidance, nurturing the growth and development of team members. Monitor OKR progress, proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks for course correction. Utilize exceptional leadership and management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure successful OKR implementation.
