Qualifications & Experience



A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field. At least 5-6 years of experience in a senior academic management role, with a proven track record of leading multiple sites. Demonstrated success in driving enrolment growth and achieving retention targets. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience in mentoring high-performing teams. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategic decisions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

JOB SCOPE



1. Strategic Growth & Student Success



Develop and lead the execution of enrolment strategies to not only meet but exceed management targets.

Analyze enrolment and retention trends to provide data-driven insights and support localized marketing efforts.

Implement effective initiatives to maintain high student retention rates across all centres.

2. Leadership & Team Development



Provide direct mentorship, coaching, and supervision to all Centre Principals and senior academic staff. Conduct weekly performance check-ins with Centre Principals to review progress, tackle challenges, and drive centre-level improvements. Facilitate monthly leadership training to build a strong, capable pipeline of academic leaders. Lead the biannual performance review process for your direct reports.

3. Academic & Operational Excellence



Guarantee 100% compliance with the approved curriculum, teaching standards, and operational policies. Work collaboratively with the curriculum and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement.

4. Quality Assurance & Community Engagement



Oversee the collection and analysis of parent satisfaction data (via CDM surveys) three times annually. Develop and monitor action plans based on survey results to ensure consistently high levels of parent satisfaction. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, professional integrity, and open communication.

5. Staff Empowerment & Culture



Design and deliver a minimum of six annual training sessions to foster the ongoing professional development of our teaching staff. Implement strategies to achieve targeted staff retention and actively monitor staff well-being and engagement. Foster a positive, collaborative, and caring organizational culture that aligns with our core values.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
