+ Not a stranger to the UX design process \xe2\x80\x93 human-centric research, user research & persona, usability testing etc

+ Having a strong portfolio to demonstrate your proud projects across platforms (Web/App/ Androids & IOS)

+ Comfortable to handling conversation with stakeholders and articulating & presenting your design rationale

+ Dedicated individual who is able to work both independently and as a team player, and experienced in managing & mentoring juniors

+ Well equipped with your daily companion tools such as Figma, Dovetail, Maze is a huge plus.
