Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Conduct regular project working group meeting every week, updated the teams and kept them abreast of the activities and Key decisions from Senior Management
Creation of Status reports and detail level schedule (using MPP) with high levels of resource optimization
