Role Responsibilities Responsibilities . Responsible for ensuring the scrum process is upheld and works to ensure the scrum team adheres to the practices and rules. Experience of strong relationship building, networking, coaching, facilitation, and impediment removal as a servant leader. Operate Scrum at scale for multiple distributed teams working on the same product, coordinating discussions of progress on their interdependencies, and focusing on how to integrate the delivery of software, especially in areas of overlap. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate SCB techniques and ensure adhere to SCB process and complaints Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Conduct regular project working group meeting every week, updated the teams and kept them abreast of the activities and Key decisions from Senior Management Creation of Status reports and detail level schedule (using MPP) with high levels of resource optimization Creating Project Governance Framework and Standardization of Project Practices & Controls Business Awareness and understanding of the Group ICS controls. Handling communications like Timesheet, Newsletter any wider communications Publishing of News Letters / Blogs: Collate list of staff to recognized for the newsletters, encourage staff to write blogs, etc. Qualifications Training, licenses, memberships and certifications Certifications - Scaled Agile Framework / Scrum Master. Tools - ADO, JIRA, Confluence and Clarity. Team management - Estimation, Metrics reporting, anticipating risks, issues and providing early warnings. Significant experience delivering and overseeing end to end initiatives using Agile and who have played leading roles in similar transformations. Having knowledge in managing the clarity financials.
