Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.
• Manage the build and release of the App to the App stores
• Review code to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Maintain code repository and branching strategy
• Identifying, planning and prioritizing technical and functional requirements from business to be delivered in different sprint cycle.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and increase efficiencies.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Frontend development and leading small team
• Must have knowledge of React Native, Redux, Redux Thunk
• Must have knowledge of building app installers including signing and publishing
• Must have knowledge of app releases via Apple Appstore and Google Playstore. Knowledge of Huawei Appgallery is an advantage.
• Must have knowledge of modern frontend development tools like Typescript, Node, npm, yarn, etc.
• Working knowledge of Bitrise CI/CD, GitLab CI, Microsoft App Center CodePush
• Good understanding of the Agile methodology
• Good understanding of Git and workflows
• Knowledge of Leanplum is a plus
• Working knowledge of Atlassian Tools (JIRA and Confluence)
• Knowledge of APIs and services using REST
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams at all levels; a team player.
• Analytical, creative thinking, good at problem solving, and being able to work efficiently and effectively.
