Lead a team of Subcontracts (Pre-Award) Engineers to coordinate and interface with the various stakeholders internally and externally for the compilation of terms and conditions, exhibit and negotiation of Purchase Orders (PO) and Confidential and Non-Disclosure Agreements at Pre-Award stage
Lead a team of Subcontracts (Pre-Award) Engineers to coordinate the finalization and execution of agreed contracts in consultation with internal and external stakeholders
Check and review that the Company\xe2\x80\x99s contractual exposure is addressed and mitigated in a timely and efficient manner at the Pre-Award stage
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and propose standardized Subcontractors Contract documents with the collaboration of respective stakeholders (e.g. Asset Management, Project Delivery, Technology, Procurement and Legal) on Request For Quotation (RFQ) or Bidding Submission to respective sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers
Lead negotiation for selected critical projects on contractual requirement with sub-contractors/suppliers and vendors, in line with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s management mandate and project requirement
Lead the team and coordinate contractual finalization to ensure awarded contracts are finalized, executed and stamped within stipulated period after award, and are consistent with the agreed terms
Establish and manage relevant status reports on respective contracts to Company\xe2\x80\x99s management where required to ensure stakeholders are made aware on the status of the subcontractor preparation and subcontract risks
Provide specific guidance to drive the development of a ready pool of capable and competent subcontract professionals to best support the Company\xe2\x80\x99s growth and operational needs
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Law/Quantity Surveying/Engineering and or other equivalent professional qualification
10 \xe2\x80\x93 12 years of relevant working experience in the execution of major offshore Oil & Gas projects or equivalent
