Job Description


The Role Responsibilities

  • To lead, execute, implement and deliver the AI/chatbot project in Digital Banking Channel.
  • To drive the usage of chatbot and enhance customer experience on website, mobile site and mobile channels.
  • To understand the requirement shared by product teams
Strategy
  • Awareness and understanding of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy towards the Chat journey and the implementation of Bot solutions
Business
  • Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates
Processes
  • Responsible for executing and supervising the Implementation of the Chat and Bot solutions and rollout of the projects in timely and adherence to group compliance as part of the Agile methodology
People and Talent
  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
  • Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.
  • Employ, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles.
  • Responsibility to review team structure/capacity plans.
  • Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives
Risk Management
  • The ability to interpret Hive\xe2\x80\x99s OKR, identify key issues based on the information available and put in place appropriate controls to mitigate and achieve 100% achievement in the OKR deliverables
Governance
  • Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight, and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas; Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

Other Responsibilities
Embed Here for good and Group\xe2\x80\x99s brand and values in CPBB Technology - Interactive Channels; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats);
  • Lead, deliver and own end to end AI Chatbot, Live chat & social and messaging projects.
  • Along with PO, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship incremental deliveries.
  • Manage end to end implementation and integration of Conversational Banking Services (Chatbot/Alexa/WhatsApp) using AI and integrate the same with Finacle, Bank CRM, Credit Cards, Loans and similar applications within the Bank
  • Analyse customer needs and design, document, test, and develop software as required to satisfy the functional and non-requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise on aspects of the organisation\'s IT infrastructure/software applications/ architecture/ hardware to internal customers, advise them of appropriate actions to fulfil procedural and regulatory requirements or solve immediate problems.
  • Work closely with business to convert requirements into system solutions and collaborate with upstream /downstream development teams to ensure delivery of highly scalable and available systems.
  • Co-create with PO an AI & Automation strategy along with detailed use cases leveraging partner Chatbot Framework and microservices.
  • Ensure that the solutions to individual projects and problems align with the overall architectural roadmap.

Role Specific Competencies
  • Chatbot Framework: conversational AI and machine learning concepts to build advanced bots
  • Programming Language: Node.js, React.js, Javascript Python, PHP, Java, Ruby, or a similar object-oriented language
  • Technologies: AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
  • Mobile and Chat Messaging Apps
  • Working Experience in Agile
  • Excellent communication skills and learning mindset
