• 5 years technical experience in handling air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC system
• 2 years supervisory skills
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigerator and heating.
• Basic knowledge and experience in electrical (including motor control) plumbing, and civil.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans

Tanggungjawab

• Ensure Compliance: Take responsibility for ensuring that all air conditioning systems meet safety and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Installation, Maintenance, and Repairs: Utilize your expertise to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, proactively addressing potential issues through routine inspections and performing preventive maintenance.
• Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests, prioritizing critical issues to minimize downtime and swiftly resolving AC system failures to maintain optimal functioning.
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, building management, and contractors, facilitating clear understanding of issues and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate repairs and maintenance, promoting efficient operation of the air conditioning system.
• Supervisory Role: Take charge of overseeing a team of technicians, providing guidance and support. Assign tasks and responsibilities based on skills and workload, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure a productive and motivated team.
