, excellent project management skills, and proven leadership experience to guide a production and service team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Supervise testing and equipment operations at facilities and client sites according to safety standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop production and service teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Project Management
Plan, organize, and oversee production and service-related activities.
Attend client site visits, submit timely reports, and ensure service documentation is accurate.
Develop and implement production delivery strategies, including cost reduction initiatives.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and service teams to ensure smooth execution.
Quality Control & Monitoring
Implement quality control processes and conduct regular audits.
Ensure production and service activities meet customer expectations and compliance standards.
Address non-conformance issues promptly to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Facility Maintenance & Operations
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring equipment readiness.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
Coordinate corrective maintenance activities with minimal impact on safety and production.
Training & Development
Identify competency gaps and provide training to enhance skills and performance.
Manage training budgets in alignment with HSE and QMS requirements.
Evaluate team compliance with development plans annually.
Resource Allocation
Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize team performance.
Coordinate staffing needs including recruitment, onboarding, and training with Managers/Engineers.
Regulatory & Safety Compliance
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA).
Align operations with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Maintain updated records of permits, inspections, and certifications.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years' experience in Valves & Actuators
OR
SPM with 10+ years' relevant experience in Valves & Actuators Servicing & Assembly.
Minimum
3-5 years' work experience
in a similar role.
Previous
leadership or supervisory experience
is highly advantageous.
Must hold a valid
D Driver's License
.
