Experience in store or operational management preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills

Able to work well with a team and handle multiple tasks
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support store staff in daily tasks
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Manage stock levels, deliveries, and storage areas
Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth workflow
Enforce company policies and safety standards
Prepare basic reports on attendance, supplies, and store activities
