We're Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor

iPainterDIY, a leading home decor and enhancement brand with 6 retail branches across West Malaysia, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities.

We're looking for someone hands-on, organized, and responsible -- a team leader who can manage stock movement, ensure accurate inventory, supervise loading/unloading activities, and maintain smooth warehouse operations to support our growing business.

Job Discriptions:

Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse personnel, including pickers and loaders, to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of inventory, maintaining accurate records and monitoring stock levels Involve in daily stock movement - goods receiving from suppliers, data entry of invoices into inventory system, inter-branch transfer, filing of warehousing related documents & etc. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet production and customer demands Collaborate with other departments, such as production, logistics and procurement, to align warehouse operations with the overall business objectives Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Manage warehouse documentation, reports, and inventory records using relevant systems Ensure proper handling and storage of all materials to prevent damage or loss
Job Requirements:

Minimum of SPM; diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage At least 3 years of working experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Physically fit and able to manage manual handling tasks Forklift license (optional but preferred) Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
