Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Specialist located in Kuala Lumpur. The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training and learning solutions to enhance our workforce\'s skills and knowledge. The Learning and Development Specialist will also be responsible for implementing and managing learning management systems and coaching employees to improve their performance. Qualifications Training & Development and Instructional Design skills Experience with Learning Management Systems Excellent Communication and Coaching skills Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective learning solutions Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field Experience in a corporate training and development role is a plus Experience working with data-driven learning solutions is a plus Experience in the industries vertical of maritime, shipping, logistics, or digital health is a plus Experience in managing Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, AWS certifications program is a plus
