Job Responsibilities:
Support customer acquisition activities by onboarding new parents into the learning community.
Clearly communicate the vision and value of the learning programs, recommending suitable pathways based on each student's needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with parents, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate.
Foster a vibrant and connected community through consistent engagement with families.
Plan and execute lead-generation activities such as parent sharing sessions, trial classes, workshops, and community events.
Support customer success initiatives, including competitions, special programs, and engagement events.
Collaborate with the teaching team to assess students' progress and follow up with parents to drive program conversions.
Ensure a timely collection of class payments and manage related administrative processes efficiently.
Manage general administrative tasks including sending onboarding emails, data entry, research, and organizing student information.
Ensure all customer and student data is accurately maintained and regularly updated in the CRM system.
Serve as the relationship manager for students and parents, monitoring student progress and maintaining consistent communication.
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in a Mother Tongue language is an added advantage.
Driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a strong "get-things-done" attitude.
Meticulous, independent, and able to prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
Interest in learning more about Computer Science and Engineering.
Open-minded, dynamic, and eager to contribute to the development of digital skills in the next generation.
Prior teaching, tutoring, or team training experience is an advantage.
