: Convert training materials into E-Learning format using digital learning technologies such as Articulate Rise (training will be provided) Translate written content into visual descriptions (graphics and infographics) to captivate learners to maximize training effectiveness Edit videos, graphics, photos, effects, sound, and/or voice overs using tools/software Review materials/courseware quality and accuracy before publishing on time with minimal or no defects Upload and configure E-Learning content into Learning Management System and perform courseware testing to ensure all the features and navigation are in working order Evaluate training and E-Learning courses effectiveness using available data such as assessment marks, sign-up rates, post-course surveys, etc. Ensure smooth operation of the Learning Portal, troubleshoot technical errors before escalating to software developers, and provide timely resolution to improve user experiences Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in any field Highly detail-oriented and organised Able to develop courseware that communicates the intended concepts or messages given by the project team and provide recommendations to enhance the learning experience Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint and Excel Experience with Articulate is a plus Experience in copywriting, scripting and storyboarding is a plus Adaptable, flexible, and result-driven Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
