The Learning and Leadership Development Specialist will have full responsibilities to ensure an effective, efficient, and enjoyable experience for all learners pre-learning, during and after the learning intervention.
This role reporting directly to the Learning and Leadership Development Country Lead supporting the design, delivery, and improvement of learning intervention across the Malaysia Delivery Centre.
This role will partner and collaborate with the regional Learning Delivery Operations team for delivery support, global learning SMA for new learning content and programmes and local HR partners and business stakeholders to be able to deliver the right learning at the right time to the right target audience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Programme Management
1) Manage targeted development programmes for senior and middle management leadership development programmes. Some of the tasks include:
Liaise with Learning Delivery Operations team for delivery support
Participant enrolment, communications, and engagement throughout the programme
Technical support during programmes
Leadership survey administration and report compilation
Post-workshop evaluations and analysis
2) Manage self-enrolled calendar programmes open to all employees. Some of the tasks include:
Liaise with Learning Delivery Operations team for delivery support
LMS programme registration and management
Programme marketing, communication, and promotion to specific targeted audience
Participant enrolment, communications, and engagement throughout the programme
Facilitator liaison and support on programme materials and requirements
Technical support during programmes
Post-workshop evaluations and analysis
3) Manage new joiner orientation. Some of the tasks include:
Liaise with Learning Delivery Operations team for delivery support
Hosting and facilitation of learning specific topics and group engagement activities
Post-workshop evaluations and analysis
Speaker liaison and support on modules and topics delivered
Reporting and Analysis
1) Manage completion report of all learning activities for Compliance related and non-compliance related training.
a. Generate monthly completion report for each client project with insights and recommended actions to close gaps for the following training:
Ethics and Compliance
LMS Completion
Information Security & Data Protection
b. Manage training utilization report of all budget training activities
Analyse monthly Planned vs Actual utilization
Provide insights and improvement to improve cost recovery
Process Improvement
1) Manage process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of experience and effectiveness for the following areas:
New Joiner Experience
Pre-workshop communications and engagements for self-enrolled calendar programmes
People Initiatives
1) Participate and collaborate across HR functions on people initiatives related to culture, engagement, career development and learning
