JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Training Coordination: Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registrations.
• Trainin Facilitation: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional techniques and technologies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics to assess the impact of training interventions and identify areas for improvement.
• Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement performance evaluation frameworks to assess employee performance and identify development opportunities.
• Training Documentation: Create and maintain training documentation, including training manuals, guides, and reference materials.
• Create and update talent profile for talent development, succession planning, promotion etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2-3 of working experience in Human Resource.
• Strong knowledge of training administration, ROI/ROE analysis, and data management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office andf HR Information Systems (HRIS).
