Job Description

• "Own" and manage campaigns (primarily Social Ads, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Ads ) for Emax brands.
• Handle budgets and recommend improvements on advertisement expenses to effectively utilise the organisation\'s resources.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights to the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging ad creatives that align with campaign objectives.
• Manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies or affiliate networks, to ensure effective collaboration and performance delivery.
• Identify new opportunities for campaign expansion and growth, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques.
• Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track and measure the success of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.

; Requirements: -

• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field: marketing, communication advertising, etc.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic advertising platforms.
• Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and display advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certifications.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
