Job Description
This role is a sole contributor position within the Talent Centre of Excellence, responsible for designing innovative learning solutions and leadership development programs for a global organization. You'll act as a strategic advisor, creating digital content, videos, and proposals while collaborating with stakeholders across regions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on learning initiatives
- Design and develop leadership learning content, videos, and storylines using digital tools and AI
- Create proposals and sell ideas for impactful learning experiences
- Manage projects and collaborate with stakeholders globally
- Utilize platforms like Workday, SSFF, and Percipio to deliver innovative solutions
A successful Learning Solutions Partner (Sole Contributor) should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years in Learning & Development or similar advisory roles
- Strong technology skills, with experience in video editing, content creation, and online tools
- Knowledge of AI applications for learning and digital learning platforms
- Experience with Workday, SSFF, and Percipio is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
