The

Learning Specialist

will be delivering local learning initiatives under manager's guideline by organizing learning events, managing logistics, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting to support employee development.





MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


Local Learning Events
Coordinate local events, e.g. L&S, Townhall, Campus for All
Local Functional Learning Needs
Coordinate local events, e.g. L&S, Townhall, Campus for All
Learning Logistics
Coordinate session logistics including venue setup, virtual links, invites, materials, and trainer support.
Data Management
Maintain accurate records in Campus X (e.g., attendance, completions, evaluations).
Tracking & Reporting
Track and report on learning participation, compliance (e.g., mandatory eLearning), local budget monitoring & utilization including local government training fund (e.g. HRDF)




About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development. Experience in coordinating training programs, including logistics and delivery support.
