This position will manage the all the company\'s leasing and marketing activities.
Lead and manage the leasing team to develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing rental income and occupancy rates for the group\'s properties.
Provide strategic leadership and coaching to the leasing team to secure new tenancies and identify potential market segments and prospects.
Conduct market research to analyze competitor offerings, rental rates, and occupancy costs, keeping abreast of industry trends.
Regularly update the management on market dynamics, including supply, demand, pricing, competition, and asset positioning.
Prepare and present the annual leasing budgetary plan, and lead the team in obtaining necessary approvals from management.
Collaborate with Asset Managers to monitor the performance of assets and develop actionable plans to optimize asset performance.
Working with a high performing team|Supportive Leaders and BOD
Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business Marketing or any relevant field.
8 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
