Job Description
This position will manage the all the company\'s leasing and marketing activities.
- Lead and manage the leasing team to develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing rental income and occupancy rates for the group\'s properties.
- Provide strategic leadership and coaching to the leasing team to secure new tenancies and identify potential market segments and prospects.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor offerings, rental rates, and occupancy costs, keeping abreast of industry trends.
- Regularly update the management on market dynamics, including supply, demand, pricing, competition, and asset positioning.
- Prepare and present the annual leasing budgetary plan, and lead the team in obtaining necessary approvals from management.
- Collaborate with Asset Managers to monitor the performance of assets and develop actionable plans to optimize asset performance.
- Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business Marketing or any relevant field.
- 8 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
