Lease Documentation: Assist in preparing, processing, and maintaining lease agreements, renewals, and termination documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Tenant Coordination: Communicate with tenants on leasing matters, including move-in/move-out arrangements, rental payments, and document submission.
Record Management: Maintain and update tenant databases, lease files, and occupancy reports accurately and promptly.
Reporting: Prepare and update leasing-related reports such as occupancy status, rental collections, and lease expiry tracking.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the leasing team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence with internal departments.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth leasing operations.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience in property leasing or administrative work (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing task in a fast-paced environment
