Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Leasing Executive to join our team and take charge of

managing two of our prime properties in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for someone who

is passionate about real estate, enjoys building strong tenant relationships, and is driven to

maximize occupancy and rental income.

Key Responsibilities

Source, secure, and negotiate with potential tenants to achieve occupancy targets. Conduct property viewings, respond to tenant inquiries, and ensure a smooth leasing
process.

Support the Team Leader in promoting properties and optimizing rental yields. Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including prospecting, negotiations, tenancy
agreements, and renewals.

Build and maintain strong, long-term tenant relationships while ensuring excellent
customer service.

Conduct market surveys to propose competitive rental rates and monitor market
trends.

Assist in preparing leasing reports, budgets, and administrative functions, including
rental collections and unit handovers.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years' experience in retail leasing, mall management, or commercial
real estate.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and tenant billing cycles. Knowledge of leasing laws, regulations, and contractual requirements will be an
added advantage.

Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
