About our client
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfOur client is one of the major property players \xef\xbb\xbfwith the aim of becoming one of the top 10 property developers in Malaysia, and they are looking to hire a Leasing Manager to handle any and every leasing related matters for their shopping mall!
Responsibilities
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES * To achieve targeted occupancy rate for shopping mall
- To ensure timely billing and rental collection of our exiting tenants shop
- To submit updated and accurate leasing and credit control reports on time.
- To maintain good relationship with tenants and retailers.
- To handle tenancy administration and execute all leasing related documentations.
- To liaise with solicitor to coordinate tenancy documents and agreements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, existing and short-term tenants
- Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfil their lease obligation
- Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits and conditions
- Undertake and performs related duties and special events as assigned
- \xef\xbb\xbfMust have at least 2 years of managerial experience in leasing
- \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfAbility to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Should have outgoing personality and good presentation skills
