At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment and world class hotels.

The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia\xe2\x80\x99s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park.

We are looking for build our mall team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role:

Pop-Up Leasing Manager (The Exchange TRX)

As a Pop-Up Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating short-term leasing activities within a shopping mall. You will be responsible for attracting new tenants, maintaining relationships with existing tenants, and ensuring the smooth execution of leasing agreements. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the retail industry. Your duties include but are not limited to the following:

Proactively identify potential short-term leasing opportunities within the shopping mall. This involves conducting market research, monitoring industry trends, and identifying businesses that align with the mall\'s target audience.

Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants. This includes rates, lease terms, and any additional requirements or provisions.

Facilitating onboarding process for new short-term tenants.

Collaborate with internal departments, mainly with:

legal and finance teams marketing, operations, and finance to ensure compliance with leasing regulations and company policies.

Prepare and present reports on leasing activities, including occupancy rates, revenue projections, and tenant feedback, etc to senior stakeholders.

Analyse market trends, competition, and leasing performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize leasing strategies.

Keep up to date with industry best practices, market trends, and changes in leasing regulations.

Requirement

Bachelor\'s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in casual mall leasing or related field.

Strong understanding of the retail industry and knowledge of local leasing regulations and laws

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Meticulous with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

Proactive and demonstrates solid collaborative skills.
