We are looking for build our mall team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role: Technician C&S Technician C&S is responsible for the mall building civil & structure and the fittings. Your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Inspects buildings fittings for any issues. Schedule repairs for faulty fittings or damaged structures. Replace the damaged tiles, floor groove and plaster ceiling. Repair the damaged door and door ironmongery. Small items repair such as office table, chair, locker etc. Perform general maintenance of the mall facility and grounds. Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor. Painting, roof repairing, PU grouting as well as basic carpentry work. Arc welding. Close task/work order assigned via property management system in a timely manner. Carry out inspection on tenants\xe2\x80\x99 fit-out and report any unsafe practices and/or any incompliance to the MEP Manager and assist other departments in Centre\xe2\x80\x99s events. Attend to and feedback/complaints from the occupant in a timely manner. Undertakes any additional/ad-hoc duties assigned by A4 and MEP Manager as and when required. Requirements SKM/Certificate/Diploma (Welding technology, Building Services, Civil & Structure, Mechanical, Electrical) Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in building maintenance and repairs required for this role. Must be a good team player with problem-solving efficiency and interpersonal skill. Computer literate. Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels. Proactive, independent, team player, organised, work under pressure and to meet deadline in multi-tasking environment. Must be able to work rotating shift 24x7 (based on their roster), weekends and Public Holidays. .
