We are looking for build our mall team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role: M&E Technician (Mechanical) M&E Technician (Mechanical) is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system, vertical transport, firefighting system, and natural gas. Your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: To carry out routine work and scheduled M&E inspection and check list for air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, vertical transport, firefighting, natural gas and etc, in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives of the maintenance and preventive programs. Close task/work order assigned via property management system in a timely manner. Carry out inspection on tenants\xe2\x80\x99 fit-out and report any unsafe practices and/or any incompliance to the MEP Manager and assist other departments in Centre\xe2\x80\x99s events. Monitor services provided by contractors to ensure adherence to the quality standard. Attend to and feedback/complaints from the occupant (i.e. air-con problems, natural gas leakages etc.) in a timely manner. Prepare reports of systems faults and/or trouble shoot finding for improvement works. Undertakes any additional/ad-hoc duties assigned by A4 and MEP Manager as and when required. Requirements SKM/Certificate/Diploma (Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical, Building Services) Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in M&E system maintenance, repairs and installation required for this role. Must be a good team player with problem-solving efficiency and interpersonal skill. Computer literate. Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels. Proactive, independent, team player, organised, work under pressure and to meet deadline in multi-tasking environment. Must be able to work rotating shift 24x7 (based on their roster), weekends and Public Holidays.
