At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment and world class hotels.

The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia\xe2\x80\x99s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park.

We are looking for build our mall team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role:

Information and Communication Technology Analyst (The Exchange TRX)

ICT Analyst for The Exchange TRX Mall is responsible in assisting the manager with overseeing and managing the ICT function of the shopping mall. Ensuring smooth functioning of the infrastructure, systems, and services to support the efficient operations of the mall and overall customer experience. Your duties include but not limited to:

System administration \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring network, systems, servers, equipment, and telecommunications are functioning effectively.

Vendor management \xe2\x80\x93 work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure optimum delivery.

Helpdesk and support management\xe2\x80\x93 provide technical support to the mall employees and tenants, troubleshoot related issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary. Response to helpdesk ticket inquiry.

Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, processes, and incidents.

Interpret retail analytics data and presenting periodical report on retail analytics to the senior management.

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology or related.

Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT management which includes troubleshooting and helpdesk management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal skills with strong collaborative mindset.

Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
