• Ability to source and identify potential tenants
• Maintaining rapport with lessees during their tenancy period specifically to oversee their welfare as well as to assist in resolving property / tenancy issues
• Reviewing on the terms of lease, rental rate and period of payment to tenants
• Ensure the proper documentation and storage of leasing files
• Establishing and reviewing SOPs to ensure continuous improvement meeting standard required by the Authorities and Stakeholders
• Assist in coordinating, supervising and overseeing renovation and rectification work for all outlets
• Attending to complaints from Tenants in regards to Facility Management and perform necessary follow up until completion of the case
• Ad hoc projects as and when assigned by superior

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or any related field; Diploma Holder with at least 5 years' experience
• Competent to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Possess own transport (as the incumbent will be expected to travel between outlets)
