Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tenancy management and leasing field
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
Proactive with a positive attitude, independent, strong organizational and good time management skills
Good knowledge of legal and professional context will be an added advantage
A valuable team player and able to work independently
Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Responsibilities
Maintain effective tenancy administration, landlord details, tenancy details, deposit records, maintaining and updating all rental records into the Tenancy Management system/ files/ folders
Handle pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters such as issuance of Letters of Offer & Letters of Interest, preparing Tenancy Agreements & tenancy reports, and other related correspondences
Monitor tenancy expiry, handle renewals, and assist the Manager in preparing renewal notices, renewal negotiations, tenancy agreements & renewal reports
Manage and ensure all tenancy documentation is in order and keep in tenancy files or input into a digitalized tenancy system accurately
Responsible for requesting stamping fees for tenancy agreements and ensuring all tenancy agreements are duly stamped.
Check the tenancy documents and finalize the terms/ clauses to follow the company\'s requirements before submit to Management
Ensure adherence to tenancy terms and follow the guidelines and KPIs set by the Management.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date and comprehensive computer records of all actions taken, ensuring that all relevant support documentation and correspondence is complete.
Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
