Responsibilities

Address tenants\' complains and feedback to maintain positive customer service standard.
Engage online/phone enquiries, identify prospective tenants and maintain relationship with real estate agencies and tenants to maintain and secure tenancies.
Conduct market research of surrounding competitors to maintain market competitiveness.
Preparation of Leasing & Tenancy related documentations for new tenancies / tenancy renewals.
Monitoring of Monthly Rental Collection for commercial & residential properties.
Working with internal departments to maintain upkeep of properties and other operation needs.
Monitoring and update of documentation filing related to Leasing & Tenancy department.
Perform any other job functions that may be assigned by the Superior.
