We are seeking an academic who can make a significant and nationally recognized contribution to their discipline. The successful candidate will generate original research or scholarly work that advances knowledge or professional practice in the field. The role also requires demonstrated subject expertise, leadership, and the ability to coordinate and manage academic programmes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver teaching, research, and administrative duties within the department or across interdisciplinary areas at undergraduate, honours, and postgraduate levels.
Provide academic leadership and actively contribute to scholarly, research, and/or professional activities within the discipline, profession, or broader community.
Produce original research or scholarly output that makes a meaningful contribution to advancing knowledge at the national or higher level.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
PhD in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Professional Quantity Surveying (PQS) or Consultant Quantity Surveying (CQS) credentials are advantageous.
Demonstrated record of substantial research output with notable academic or professional impact.
Proven expertise and significant professional experience in Quantity Surveying.
Familiarity with industry-relevant software and technology is desirable.
Experience teaching or training in higher education within a relevant discipline.
Active involvement in professional organizations or societies related to Quantity Surveying is preferred.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
