Assist HOD and Legal Manager in their day to day work - filing, photostating, taking messages, courier of documents, booking of meeting rooms & coordinating for refreshments and meals during legal training programmers.
Processing all incoming invoices and payments due to external lawyers, runners, local authorities
Preparing letters and emails to solicitors and various other parties to forward documents and follow-up on files
Prepare power point slides for legal dept\xe2\x80\x99s briefings
Attend at commissioner for oaths and notary public (on case to case basis);
Assist in ad hoc cases at sales administration and office administration depts.
Any other related matters handled by HOD and manager.
Job Requirement:-
Minimum of 2 years experience in similar capacity or in a legal firm
Ability to handle administrative tasks with minimal typo errors
Good communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & communication) - Mandarin will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
